Simple Application Steps

1. Clean Surface: Thoroughly clean all surfaces to be sealed, removing all old gasket material, grease, oil, and dirt. Ensure surfaces are dry.

2. Apply Bead: Apply a continuous, uniform $1/16”$ to $1/8”$ (1.5 mm to 3 mm) bead around the perimeter of one surface, fully encircling all bolt holes.

3. Assembly: Immediately join the parts. Do not over-tighten bolts. Remove excess silicone with a dry cloth or alcohol wipe. Allow to set up (approx. 10 minutes) before fully tightening to the recommended torque.
